Exeter's Picturehouse Cinema refurbishment now complete

The repainting and refurbishment of the outside of the Exeter Picturehouse, to coincide with the cinema’s 20th anniversary this October, is now complete.

The final touches were applied this week, including the addition of specially designed huge screen prints of some of the most iconic films of the last 20 years as chosen by staff and regulars, including Amelie, Buena Vista Social Club and The Motorcycle Diaries.

The Exeter Picturehouse has announced a new season of live broadcasts by satellite from the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.

Tickets for a brand new season of ten live productions from the Royal Opera House on the big screen at the Exeter Picturehouse are now on general sale.
