Exeter Leukaemia Fund is delighted to have been nominated as one of the three charities to gain from Chelsea Building Society’s ‘Charity Choice’ Scheme. Members of Chelsea Building Society and the general public are being encouraged to pop into the South Street, Exeter branch, between 25th October and 8th November to vote for charities to receive their Charitable Foundation’s support. On 23 October 2013 peacefully in Pennsylvania House, aged 85 years of Pinhoe.

Beloved husband of the late Dee, dearly loved dad of Tony and Karen, father in law of Andy and a devoted grandad of Tom, Amy and Jessi.

Funeral service on Wednesday 6 November at Exeter Crematorium, 12.15pm in St Peters Chapel.

Water power is used to produce their signature stoneground wholemeal flour, continuing in a 1,000-year-old tradition.

Do go along and watch the milling - it's poetry in motion and leaves no carbon footprint! Otterton millers are very happy to explain the milling process to you and answer any questions.

EMAILS form one of the primary routes of communication in the world today, with an average of 115 emails sent or received per person, every day.

Police appeal after female cyclist involved in serious injury road traffic collision

Police in Exeter are appealing for information following a serious injury road traffic collision. At approx 5.45am on Wednesday 23 October, a female cyclist was found lying in the road at the junction of Honiton Road, and Lower Hill Barton Road, Exeter. It is believed the cyclist had been riding along the offside pavement travelling towards the city centre. The woman, aged in her early 20s, was found unconscious and lying in the centre of the junction. She was taken to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, Wonford, suffering from serious head injuries.
