This spring Dartmoor National Park Authority is pleased to be able to offer a limited number of tours of its grade 1 listed medieval longhouse which has been closed to the public while it undergoes extensive renovations.

The work has been carried out with support from the Heritage lottery funded Moor than meets the eye (MTMTE) landscape partnership, with additional funding from the National Park Authority. An evening of myths and legends at Higher Uppacott, Dartmoor National Park’s grade one listed medieval longhouse.

Higher Uppacott forms the backdrop for this exciting and fun evening of storytelling and songs featuring just some of the spine tingling myths and legends of Dartmoor.
