The Exeter Model Railway Exhibition, one of the biggest and best in the country, will be held at the Matford Centre in Exeter on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 June.
Organised by the Exe Model Railway Society (Exe MRS), last year the exhibition attracted record numbers with enthusiasts and members of the public coming to marvel at the intricate and lovingly crafted layouts which were on show.
Chairman of Exe MRS Paul Doran said: "We have layouts depicting railways from the UK, America and Europe, and representing all eras from the earliest days of steam to the present day....
The EXE Model Railway Society's annual showcase exhibition takes place this year on the weekend of 1 and 2 June.
One of the biggest model railway events in the area, the event is held at The Matford Centre on Exeter's Marsh Barton Trading Estate. The venue is adjacent to the Matford Park and Ride.
The Matford Centre is a spacious venue and will be full of traders. Disabled access is straightforward. Parking is available on site (possibly limited on Sunday morning due to car boot sale taking place at the venue). Children can get in free with an adult.
