As the Councillor for Fremington and Yelland, Councillor Denton cut the ceremonial ribbon at Devonshire Homes’ Yelland development off Allenstyle Road. West Country house builder Devonshire Homes has kick-started 2021 by donating £1,000 to the William Wates Memorial Trust.

Announcing its charity partnership with the Trust in 2020, the first £1,000 has been raised through Devonshire Homes’ open-market sales and in-house fundraising events. Devonshire Homes will continue to donate £50 to the charity for every open-market sale during 2021.

Work has begun on a housing development which will provide 60 affordable homes in Exeter.

The largest housing association in the South West, LiveWest, has joined forces with partnership house building specialist, Lovell, to kick-start a development project expected to run for 20 months.
