Young actors to soar at Exeter Northcott

Following a hugely successful audition call, Exeter Northcott Theatre is proud to present the young actors who will play the roles of John and Michael Darling in its 2016 Christmas show, Peter Pan.

Along with the Lost Boys cast, the roles will split equally between two teams of actors throughout the run which starts on Friday 2 December.

Michael Darling will be played by 12 year old Brandon Tayler-Young who attends Plymouth School of Creative Arts, and 10 year old Fenn Gillmore, who attends St Sidwell’s Primary School in Exeter.

Northcott Theatre finds local Lost Boys

Exeter Northcott Theatre is delighted to announce that following a series of workshops and auditions, it has found 19 local young actors to play the parts of John and Michael and the Lost Boys in its magical Christmas show, Peter Pan.

Directed by Exeter Northcott’s Executive and Artistic Director Paul Jepson and designed by award-winning Ellan Parry, Peter Pan, an Exeter Northcott Theatre production, will run from Fri 2 December 2016.

The theatre was delighted with the response to its audition call, which included putting on extra sessions to cope with demand.

Exeter's own performing arts training centre, Stage by Stage, is delighted to be bringing Monty Python's SPAMALOT to the Northcott Theatre for the very first time this June.

Based on the classic British comedy, the award-winning show was voted the Funniest Musical ever by the Reader's Digest, and alongside all the famous crazy characters such as the Knights of Ni, there are also a host of fantastically catchy songs! Exeter Northcott Theatre announces autumn season

Exeter Northcott Theatre is delighted to announce its exciting autumn 2016 season.

This season the theatre has cut its £2 transaction booking fee. Instead, customers who want their tickets posted will be asked to pay a small charge to cover postage costs.

After seven years local actor Steve Bennett will return to the Exeter Northcott Theatre this Christmas. Steve will play the roles of Mr Darling and Tinkerbell in Peter Pan. Featuring death defying feats of flying and a generous sprinkling of fairy dust, Peter Pan is the perfect festive treat for all the family.

Exeter Northcott Theatre is delighted to announce that La Navet Bête, Metta Theatre and Paddleboat Theatre are now Associate Companies of the organisation.
