Rough, tough little girl pirates. With their own pirate ship. A ship set for sailing. A ship off on adventures. Adapted from the best-selling children’s book by Peter Harris and Deborah Allwright, The Night Pirates tells the tale of a group of little girl pirates who descend on a young boy called Tom at bedtime. Eager to join the pirate adventure, Tom uses his house as a pirate ship and sets sail to retrieve stolen treasure from Captain Patch and the bumbling grown-up pirates. Adapted and directed by Miranda Larson, this show combines original songs and swashbuckling...

Pirates and Mermaids Weekend

The Pocketwatch crew and Captain Jack bring the summer themes to a close with another visit. They may be joined by a mystical sea nymph from the ocean but she can’t stay on land for long. This is your opportunity to ask a mermaid a question – you may find out some surprising things!

Don’t forget we are open Saturday 29th August.

This event is included in a child's standard admission. (Children returning with a free return ticket or a discounted ticket may take part in our themed activity for £2.50)

A Little Man's Holiday

‘A Little Man’s Holiday’ takes the audience on a magical journey from the Little Man’s dull city dwellings to the high seas on a swashbuckling adventure for all the family. With PaddleBoat’s distinctive audience interaction, audience will be fully immersed as Little Man battles jellyfish, pirates and sharks on his voyage across freezing waters.

Even the smallest of objects on stage can tell a story, as we narrate Little Man’s epic trip from his office to deserted tropical islands. Through the use of puppetry, music and mime, we present larger-than-life characters and invite you...

Princesses and Pirates return to Devon's Crealy

Prepare to walk the plank straight to Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park for the Princess and Pirate weekend on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June 2014.

Guests visiting over the weekend are invited to dress up as their favourite princess or pesky pirate where a magical world of adventure awaits to spark the most vivid of imaginations. There will also be an exciting opportunity to meet and pose for a photograph with the UK’s number one Captain Jack Sparrow look-a-like ‘Jonty Depp’ and his beautiful Princess.

Carrick-Smith joins Pirates on dual-registration

Young Exeter Chiefs Academy lock Will Carrick-Smith has today joined Championship side Cornish Pirates on a dual-registration agreement.

The imposing 21-year-old forward will head to the Mennaye to help alleviate an injury crisis which has robbed the Pirates of locks Neale Patrick, Gary Johnson and James Sandford in recent weeks.

Carrick-Smith made his Chiefs debut last season by scoring a try in an LV= Cup encounter away to London Welsh. Since then the London-born youngster he has featured seven times for Rob Baxter's side, including the LV= Cup games against Bath, Ospreys...

Travel to Treasure Island and search for pirates and loot in a story based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s book. It is 1953 and wartime sugar rationing has finally ended. Jess Hawkins and her gang, dreaming of gobstoppers and pineapple chunks, slip into old Mr. Jenks’ garden, just like they do every afternoon after school. Jenks has never caught them… not until today that is.

Mr Jenks is a gardener… but he is also a pirate! Threatening them with the Black Spot, he takes them on a wild adventure on the high seas meeting bloodthirsty Black Dog, mad Ben Gunn and the infamous one-legged...
