Poltimore House Trust has appointed Dr Peter Totterdill as its new Chairman of Trustees for the charity whose aim is to renovate and refurbish the historic building on the outskirts of Exeter to create a visitor experience, events venue and a centre for well-being projects.

Heritage Open Days celebrates England’s architecture and culture by allowing visitors free access to interesting properties that are either not usually open, or would normally charge an entrance fee.
