New Street Food Night Market comes to Exeter

A new Street Food Night Market is coming to Exeter.

The event will feature live music, salsa dancing, a 23m drop adrenaline-fuelled drop, massage, canoeing and much more from the same well known local organisers that have brought you the Exeter Street Food at the Guildhall and the Quay.

So what did you plan to do this Thursday - or any third Thursday in the month for that matter?

Well, thanks to the new market at Piazza Terracina you might be eating some street food, having a pint, getting a quick foot massage and then throwing yourself off Haven Banks 23m high...

Expression Cubana at Exeter Corn Exchange

An evening of traditional Cuban music and Salsa is to be staged at Exeter Corn Exchange on Saturday 30 March.

Expression Cubana are an amazing six-piece authentic and irresistibly danceable Cuban band led by charismatic vocalist, flautist and composer Kico Cowan.

Tickets for the event are limited to allow plenty of dancing room for what promises to be one of the venue’s top party nights of the year. The action starts at 8pm with the venue doors and bar open from 7.30pm.

This article discusses some very simple and basic nutritional strategies to help us remain lean even when we can not train for a prolonged period of time. We may lose some muscle mass but with correct nutrition and a bit of self discipline we can keep the fat off.
