Exeter and East Devon Scouts have come up with a brilliant solution, which will not only save the people of Exeter and East Devon some pennies, but will also help a great cause.
Neil Parish met Scouts from 1st Honiton last week at a unique event inside the Houses of Parliament to celebrate the success of Scout Community Week, which took place in May last year.
