Sixteen-year-old singer-songwriter Holly Morwenna from Kenton has been given the big thumbs up yet again by judges of TeenStar.
Along with other impressive acts, Holly will be performing at the area finals of the UK’s only teen singing competition at Ferneham Hall, Fareham, Hampshire on Saturday 10 May.

The TeenStar Regional Live Finals will take place on Sunday 30th March at Exeter Corn Exchange. Teenagers and Pre-teens will perform to an audience and panel of judges in the hope to progress to the next stage of the national children's X-Factor competition. These children have already successfully got through their first audition round to get to this show so we are expecting many talented youngsters.

Initially hosting auditions on 8 February, Teen Star have unearthed more new local talent and the successful performers will compete at the SouthWest Regional Final live show at the Corn Exchange Venue on the afternoon of Saturday 30 March 2014.

Seventeen-year-old TeenStar winner Luke Friend, from Teignmouth in Devon, has hit the headlines again - this time for opening the tenth series of ITV’s The X Factor with resounding success! The judging panel praised the star, including Sharon Osbourne who has returned from exile, saying “Luke I am crazy about you! You are quite fabulous.” Luke opened the show and was the first to be invited to the live Arena Auditions. He sailed through the Arena Auditions with a standing ovation from all four of the judges and is now on his way to Boot Camp!
