Nightstop Devon, a local charity project, is today launching a 'Spare Room Campaign' in partnership with other Nightstops around the country.
The campaign is in response to the recent huge rises in youth homelessness across the UK of up to 300%.
Nightstop hosts provide emergency accommodation to young people in the homes of volunteer hosts, members of the public who have a spare room in their house.

A local youth choir is recruiting for new members as it gears up for the new term. Exeter Singing Roots is a vocal ensemble for young people aged 8 - 16, directed by professional singer and singing leader, Sarah Owen from Wren Music.

Young Britons are bucking the trend of the generation before them by choosing to save rather than spend, according to new figures out this week.
