On Tuesday 5 July, the children of Dunsford Community Primary school were honoured to be given the opportunity to hold and carry the Paralympic torch ahead of the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The children carried the torch on a procession around the school in order to raise awareness of the Paralympic movement. The inaugural Wonder Fields Festival will be coming to fields in Devon from July 17th-19th 2015.
The festival is taking place at Great Fulford, Dunsford near Exeter, but this is no Glastonbury Festival! Our main ring event is Kye Forte's BMX Bike Show including 'massive airs, tail whips and back flips'. We'll also have award winning cheerleaders the Exeter Starlites, live music from Chris Good and the ROC Samba Band, Archery, Dog Show, Taekwando display, BBQ, Beer and Tea tents, children's activities and a variety of stalls.
