Crealy hosts a special fundraising fireworks evening in aid of its nominated charity Families for Children.

This event will be opened by one of the charity’s patrons – much-loved TV star, Caroline Quentin. And to get guests warmed-up for the fantastic fireworks display, Adam Isaac, best known for his appearances on The Voice, will be performing song from his new album and other favorites.

Adam Isaac is on stage at 5pm and the fireworks start at 6pm.

Exeter Santa Run announce changes for this year's event

Ironbridge Runner Events have announced that entries for the 2012 Santa Run are now open - and selling fast! The event takes place on Sunday 2nd December and this year there are some changes to the format.

The event moves from the city centre to Exeter Quay, starting and finishing on the Piazza Terracina. Alongside the Fun Run which is suitable for all the family, is a competitive 5k. All participants wear a Santa Suit (which is included in the entry fee) so the sight of hundreds of Santas running alongside the River Exe should be quite a spectacle! Amongst the kind...

Tim Luscombe's fast-paced adaptation of a true Jane Austen classic was presented to an appreciative packed house on Wednesday night by the touring Theatre Royal from Bury St Edmunds.
