Lee Cooper was last seen in Brixham at 6pm on 29th December 2017 by his brother.
He is described as being 5 foot 11 inches tall, of chubby build, with short black hair, clean shaven face and scar in one eyebrow, wearing a black beanie hat with peak, dark green camouflage jacket with hood, dark blue jeans and black trainers with blue laces.

Detectives have launched an investigation following the death of a 57-year-old woman in Brixham.
Police and ambulance were called at 11am on Wednesday 11 May after a local woman was found deceased in a field in Gattery Lane.
Detectives from the Major rime Investigation Team have launched an enquiry to establish the circumstances surrounding the death, which is being treated as unexplained at this time.

Police have named the teenage girl who died following a fatal speedboat incident in Brixham, Devon, on Saturday 2 May 2015.
Emily Gardner (pictured), 14, from the Gloucester area, was trapped underneath a small speedboat, after it overturned, with three other people on board, just outside Brixham Harbour.
Officers were alerted about the incident by the Coastguard at 12.11pm. Lifeboat crews from Brixham attended and released Emily before taking her to shore.

Police have discovered a suspected cannabis growing business at a property in Brixham.
Acting on intelligence, officers from Brixham Neighbourhood Team, entered a premises on South Furzeham Road at around 2.30pm on Friday 31 January. They called for assistance and when additional local officers arrived the two occupants at the property were arrested. The subsequent search of the premises resulted in a large-scale professional set up being discovered in the basement area of the house and associated production works in the detached garage. The Coastguard have renewed warnings against people approaching the Devon coast in the bad weather after a busy night helping to rescue those affected by the storm.
In just under three hours the rescue co-ordinators recived seven callouts including help in evacuating homes and town centres.
They now ask that people take extra care and avoid the risks of cliffs and the coastline.
