Named as one of the trailblazing 45 Women over 45 in PR by Women in PR UK in 2022, I am very much a part of the PR world and proud to be so.

For nearly three decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with iconic global brands, dynamic UK businesses, and visionary entrepreneurs. I have represented the likes of Cartoon Network, CNN, Discovery Channel, Epson, Animal Planet, Earthwatch, Betty Crocker, Sense, and the Royal College of Art, and have loved my career.

From launching Tom and Jerry across EMEA to attending James Cameron premieres in Amsterdam, my career has been an incredible journey, and the experiences allow me to now help people like you. I’ve toured Europe with animators and mingled at media parties worldwide. However, as you would expect, my journey has evolved, and today, I am an award-winning, ICF-accredited coach, university mentor, and CIPR PR trainer.

My in-depth understanding of the PR world means that whether you’re a PR agency, an in-house team, or a consultant, I can help guide you to unleash your potential and work at the peak of your capabilities. What sets me apart is my vision and audacity to position public relations as more than just a part of the communications mix. I champion PR as a catalyst for empowering teams and achieving phenomenal impact.

I’ve written and published three non-fiction books, including PR School. I am the founder of DDH UK, which is a global medical network, and will be starting my PhD research in 2024.

Based in Devon, when I am not working, or planning my PhD research for 2024, you will find me on the beach with my family and dogs. Coffee wakes me, books fill my heart, and outdoor swimming feeds my soul.
