Like me you probably work hard and at the end of the day have to prepare a meal for you and your partner or family. It is hard when you get home exhausted to try and produce a healthy meal - and very often we slip into bad habits, eating what we really should not eat.

I am a Therapist and passionate about empowering people to achieving Health and Wellbeing through Body, Mind and Nutrition. I have been asked often about quick and healthy meals and what I prepare at home.
To this end, I have set up a Cookery School called 'Fit Food' at:

Here I will be demonstrating that it is possible with the least amount of effort to produce healthy food choices.

All the supplied ingredients are organic and local.
You will get all the recipes of the courses you visit and the nutritional value for our food choices.
And of course we do eat it all together and have a lot of fun.
