Beginnings his studies in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, John went on to study Osteopathy with the desire to learn and understand more about the human body, movement and biomechanics. He has also studied functional movement and anatomy and breathing pattern disorders giving him a deep understanding of how the body moves and breathes.
He has 18 years experience as a practitioner successfully treating hundreds of patients with a wide range of musculo-skeletal disorders or health issues.
John practices Yoga, is a proud dad of two, a keen swimmer, loves rugby, gadgets, DIY and magic.
