“Most of us have trouble juggling. The woman who says she doesn’t is someone whom I admire but have never met.”

Barbara Walters, broadcast journalist and author

This day is designed to offer women a fantastic opportunity of working together with like minded individuals, sharing ideas, supporting one another, enthusing, inspiring and motivating each other. It offers women in business the opportunity of addressing some of the realities and difficulties in juggling work and home life.

You will leave with processes to help you manage your time, communicate effectively with staff and clients and work on your own personal development as a leader.

The day will be fun, dynamic and interactive and will offer each participant great personal development opportunities whilst developing confidence and self-esteem.

You will be challenged to move out of your comfort zone in a supportive environment so that everyone gets the best out of themselves.

Sampson Hall are business experts who will take you through our proven exercises. Classroom learning will be enhanced and reinforced with fun and practical activities, as an integral part of the day.

The Sampson Hall team are dynamic, knowledgeable and inspiring presenters. They encourage interaction and learning from one and others experience.

All of our workshops are designed to offer an instant return on investment. Candidates return to work with new ideas and tools that you they will be able to utilise immediately. Delegates will learn:

Time Management and Effective Delegation – time and people are your most precious resource and they are some of the most difficult resources to optimise, devise your own time management matrix to ensure you allocate the right amount of time to the things that need doing, know how to organise yourself to get more out of your precious time through prioritisation.

Motivational Leadership – understand and learn how to influence and motivate others to perform successfully, understand how to enhance your potential as a leader. Exceptional performance is only achieved through good leadership.

Effective Communication and Feedback – learn and understand what attitudes and behaviours are required for effective communication, overcome barriers to effective communication, develop your communication skills and ability to deliver the effect you need and want. Learn how and indeed what we communicate to others. Learn how to initiate and conduct constructive feedback to achieve positive reactions and outcomes.

“I look forward to the day when it will be unnecessary to discuss the role of women in Business"
