Spring holiday hunt

Friday 15 February, 10am-4pm

Younger visitors can have great fun finding the 10 wooden flowers featuring some of our springtime donkeys hidden around the Sanctuary. Pick up your entry forms from the Visitors’ Centre.

Donkey dudes

Tuesday 19 February, 11am-3pm

If you've got a budding donkey groom in the family, why not ring them along for a special one-on-one introduction session with one of our events team donkeys.

A 15 minute session will introduce you to the basics of donkey care and you will leave with a certificate.

£5 for a 15 minute session. Booking not required.

Spring creation station

Wednesday, 20 February, 10am-4pm

Come and have your face painted or plant your own mini spring garden with us at our creation station in Box 16!

£3 for one activity or £5 for both. Booking not required.

Make your own nest boxes at The Donkey Sanctuary

Thursday 21 February, 11am-3pm

Make a nest box for birds in your garden or donate it to the Sanctuary to use in our wild woodlands. This is the last week of the year you can put out bird nest boxes and hope to have them used the same spring.

Booking not required. £7 per kit.
