Milling Day
Visit Otterton Mill to watch milling demonstrations.
Water power is used to produce our signature stoneground wholemeal flour, continuing in a 1,000-year old tradition. Do come along and watch the milling - it's poetry in motion and leaves no carbon footprint!
Millers are very happy to explain the milling process to you and answer any questions.
Two sessions are normally milled: from 11am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 3pm. Access to the Mill is free, although donations towards the Mill's ongoing upkeep and maintenance are welcome. Donations boxes are sited by the milling areas.
