Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. This one day workshop will increase strength, flexibility and balance through the learning of handstands, acrobatic balances, tumbling & choreography. The all day intensive is £25 Running 30th July and 20th August. Spaces strictly limited. For children 5 years+ the sessions will be leveled on ability.

As the only registered Acrobatic Arts Module 1&2 certified studios in the city our classes are hugely popular. To give more children the opportunity to try this fun dance style we are offering a special one day taster course. Children will learn how to cartwheel, bend back, handstands and so much more. Partner lifts and tricks will also be taught as well as balancing techniques.
