From 7pm onwards, guests are invited to choose from a superb three course menu accompanied by a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau from the centre of the Rhône-Alpes region, in east-central France. What started off as a local tradition of the light-bodied fruity red wine has now become a widely celebrated custom and The Two Bridges are bringing it to Dartmoor.

Executive chef Mike Palmer will be serving up the best of French cuisine from his specially created three course dinner menu. Guests will be transported to France with a night of wine tasting and fine dining in the AA Rosette award-winning Tors Restaurant.
