This year the University of Exeter are hosting the first ever Pint of Science event in Exeter. The aim of the Pint of Science festival is to deliver interesting, fun, relevant talks on the latest science research in an accessible format; all in the pub whilst enjoying a pint!
Over the course of the three nights there is a choice of three topics to enjoy in three different pubs across the city. So why not do a different pub and a different topic each night? The general topics covered are; “Atoms to Galaxies”, “Beautiful Mind” and “Our Body”. With talks ranging from self-control to aliens and the weather we are confident there is something to interest everyone.
Every night there will be talks by at least two specialists discussing their research including an activity with the chance to win some prizes. So why not try something different and let us entertain you for an evening or two?
