Escot's Resolution 5K, 10K, 15K Run takes place within the breathtaking Escot Park Estate.

The course at Escot Park provides the perfect opportunity for novices to try running, walking or jogging. For the seasoned runner, it's a good warm up for longer distance runs in the future.

The event is a fun approach to achieving your fitness goals whilst raising much needed funds and awareness for those affected by stroke.

Stroke is the UK's third biggest killer and the leading cause of adult disability. By signing up for Resolution 5K, 10K, 15K Run taking regular exercise and following a healthier lifestyle, you will be reducing your own chances of having a stroke in the future.

Registration on the day will open at 09:30, with the race due to get underway at 11am.

Please note the on-the-day costs for standard entries will be £15 and alternative entries £20.
