Redrow Homes is welcoming visitors to its Warren Grove at The Copse development in Dawlish on Sunday 10 February 2019 to take part in its Winter Wildlife Walk event.

At 11.00am, the Redrow team will be welcoming prospective homebuyers and those in the local community to join them on a two-mile roundtrip walk to the Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve on the Exe Estuary.

En route, walkers will get a chance to appreciate the local landscape and the abundance of natural beauty surrounding the development.

The walk will end back at Warren Grove at The Copse where visitors can enjoy some refreshments. The Redrow sales team will also be on hand to discuss the features of the homes currently available and the benefits the site offers its residents.

In addition, prospective homebuyers will be able to view the four-bedroom show home properties at The Copse, The Balmoral and The Henley. Part of Redrow’s Heritage Collection, the houses take inspiration from the soft colour palettes and traditional structures of the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1930s.

All the local amenities of Dawlish are easily accessible from Warren Grove and the development is also only a short drive from Exeter and within easy reach of direct mainline connections too.

Annie Williams, head of sales at Redrow West Country, said: “We’re committed to building thriving communities here at Redrow and we’re really looking forward to meeting prospective homebuyers and those from the Dawlish area at our Winter Wildlife Walk event in February.

“It’s going to be the perfect way to beat the cold weather and get outdoors, so we encourage everyone to come and join us in exploring the area and seeing the beauty that the Warren Grove at The Copse development has right on its doorstep.”
