Mindful yoga in nature
Ideal for beginners or those who have not done yoga for a while.
Adaptions can be made for those with medical or mobility issues.
Improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
Stay for a drink after the class to socialise and spend more time in nature.
Monthly sessions on Thursdays or Fridays 9:30 to 10:30am.
Cost £10 per session (donation for refreshments)
Warm clothing required as hopefully outside weather permitting but indoor area available if required.
