Made in Dagenham is inspired by a true story and a hit movie of the same name.

The musical follows the real events of the Ford sewing machinists strike of 1968, as Rita O’Grady leads the female workers in a battle against the might of Ford and the corruption of the Union supposed to protect them. The pressure is on as the journey becomes bigger than any of them could have imagined.
