An exciting exhibition, which will showcase contemporary artists’ interpretations of the classic Tarot de Marseille deck of cards, is due to begin on Friday (24th January).

Tarot playing cards first came onto the scene in the 15th century, with different cards being interpreted as offering a different fortune or meaning.

The artists featuring at The Exeter Phoenix exhibition all chose a different card and made a piece of art following from their own individual interpretation.

The exhibition is due to feature a whole host of exciting artists including Mike Nelson, Alan Kane and many more.

The Outrageous Fortune Exhibition will be available to view from Friday 24th January until Saturday 15th March.
