Electric Eclective Sunday
The Electric Eclectic Collective brings you a night packed full of energy and entertainment. Five great experiences in the form of three solo artists and two great bands. Could we ask for more for just £5 on the door!
Playing for the first time at Mama Stones comes Charlotte Ward, a local girl who’s just bursting with talent. Playing keyboards and guitar she adds her style, velvety tones and amazing range to covers that you love; along with her own compositions that belie her age and amaze!
Jamo Hope has an original style and delivery that captivates; his vocal is deep, mixing rap and blues with a folky twist, light and dark intricately entwined. His guitar doubles up as his rhythm section and his unique songs and heartfelt lyrics tell his story.
Luke Friend has recently won a place in the heart of Mama Stones, firstly playing the February showcase where his great set and charisma led him on to supporting the amazing Leigh Coleman on a packed Saturday night! This young man is certainly one to keep your eyes on, his own songs get stuck in your head and the covers are played with his great vocal & guitar that can’t help but entertain you!
Sound of The Sirens are regulars at Mama Stones and the girls certainly know how to bring it!! They rock the house with their fabulous harmonies, at times fast, furious strumming and kick ass drum rhythms, swinging to beautiful serenading songs of love. Covers and originals combined to get you on your feet and dancing into the night.
Rounding things off we have the Devon based band Issac Indianna who are making their mark on the Exeter music scene. They deliver a cracking set of covers with a few funky tunes of their own! Classic indie, funk, rock and pop songs that we all know and adore, they know the score of how to get the place rocking from the dance floor to the bar.
