The swinging sounds of the big band came into fashion in the 1930′s and still continues to excite generations of music lovers as demonstrated by AJ’s Big Band who are keeping the flame alive in the 21st century.

The popular 17 piece returns to the Barnfield Theatre stage for another packed programme of swing and jazz classics alongside some more contemporary pieces.

The combination of new and exciting arrangements will blend seamlessly with the all time favourites from Miller, Goodman, Ellington and other giants of the screen era.

Complimenting the instrumental line up is featured singe Paula Mitchell with her amazing vocals and sassy personality.
