Worry Dolls
World Unlimited are very pleased to announce details for a Devon show for Worry Dolls at Kingskerswell Parish Church on May 17th Doors 7pm
Humorous and charming folk songwriting combined with sublime harmonies
Worry Dolls are a folk duo that have been making waves in the London Indie Folk scene, and across the UK from Glastonbury Festival to Derry, collecting praise and accolades
as they go.
Many will have seen the Worry Dolls supporting Joan Armatrading on tour, or may have heard their songs played
on Radio 2 and BBC6 Music.
Their bond was created through their fiery locks, but developed through creating music which is characterised by sublime harmonies, and tongue in cheek, honest lyrics.
“The brilliantly quirky duo Worry Dolls a super shiny beacon of joy in a dreamland far, far away from the persistently 'regular' sound of folk that's flooding the charts right now” The Huffington Post
“It’s no secret that we think Worry Dolls are pretty special”
For Folk’s Sake
“Two girls about to break your heart, sew it back together and leave you smiling for days.”Declan Bennett
“Humorous and charming folk songwriting combined with sublime harmonies” Neil Cowley
