Dad

A young girl, Lainey, and her mother find themselves spending the night in a sordid hotel room. Filled with loneliness, Lainey attempts to comfort herself by making up conversations with an imaginary father, the ideal parent she wishes she had. But can illusion always sustain itself? And are people really who we think they are?
