Phantom of the Opera
The world’s most successful musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber is set in 19th century Paris and follows the captivating journey taken by ballet girl Christine as she encounters her mysterious suitor the Phantom and her childhood love Raoul. Phantom is Broadway’s longest running show featuring all-time favourites such as The Music of the Night and Think of Me, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Charles Hart and Richard Stilgoe, based on the novel by Gaston Leroux.
Footlights is the University of Exeter’s longest running Musical Theatre society. Footlights produces large scale annual musicals at the Exeter Northcott Theatre and over the past two years have sold-out productions of West Side Story and Evita.
Daily 7.30pm, matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday.
