Zumba & Swagga dance craze sweeping Exeter & Exmouth
With the cold, dark nights drawing in, there is nothing I like more than a good party and the feel good factor! And this autumn, Vibes Dance Fitness classes are packed with fun songs to strut your stuff to!
Zumba and Swagga have just launched new dance sensation Gangnam Style! Absolutely hilarious, we've got everyone doing it!
With Swagga hitting Exeter & Exmouth, more and more people are catching on, you have never known anything like it! A whole hour of music videos and crazy dancing! Baseball hats with the Backstreet Boys, sunglasses with Men in Black, whistles for raving, even garlands in Surfin' USA! Once you get past the first class of utter madness you can't help but get addicted! That good you can do it anywhere... The Swaggarites are hitting Exmouth next Friday on a night out to strut their stuff! And the best bit is that anyone can do it! The routines are straight from the music videos and just simplified to make it easy to follow. But if Swagga is not your thing then Zumba could be... with amazing latino beats, world dance from Bhangra, African, Latin, Cuban, Korean, Russian & even Irish, it is another hour of pure dance madness and fun! Easy to follow routines and with both of these classes, whatever your taste may be you will burn up to 1000 calories an hour... that is half your daily allowance! Woohoo!
Half Term Halloween Special All classes will be Halloween themed! Fancy dress optional. But both Swagga and Zumba will feature halloween themed music! Kids go for £2! So a real family night of fun!
