Otter Brewery open first pub and restaurant in Exeter

Otter Brewery has opened its first pub and restaurant in the heart of Exeter.

Located in Cathedral Close, ‘The Holt – Exeter’ promises wood fired pizzas, a wide range of Otter’s ales and lagers, as well as a signature seasonal menu brimming with local ingredients.

Patrick McCaig, Managing Director of Otter Brewery is excited for the opening:“For many years we have been waiting for the right location to give us the best opportunity to bring something new, exciting and above all independent to the centre of Exeter.

Set in a stunning medieval building, the new venue will offer diners a secluded garden seating area and striking courtyard which will be a popular draw during the summer months.

Founded in 1990 from a farmhouse in the heart of Devon’s Blackdown Hills, Otter Brewery has grown to be one of the premier brewers in the South West.
