Pie & pint quiz night raises £790 for Exeter Foundation

Lloyd Barnes Accountancy Recruitment staged a Charity Quiz Night at Exeter Golf & Country Club, on 7th October, raising over £790 to their nominated charity, The Exeter Foundation.

This annual quiz night was attended by over 120 finance and accounting professionals from businesses across Devon including: Flybe, Coastal Recycling, EDF, Foot Anstey, Thrifty, Cobell and Maximus.

The overall winners were The Exeter (formerly known as Exeter Family Friendly), whose combined intellect pipped the other 20 teams to the post by only a few points to win a case of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. With raffle prizes on offer from Exeter Chiefs, Frobishers and Dartington Crystal, the donations flooded in and many people walked away winners.
