Strutt & Parker's Exeter office expansion
Strutt & Parker is continuing to broaden its expertise within the South West with the expansion of its Exeter office’s Land Management Department.
The recent appointment of Sarah Colville MRICS FAAV to the diverse and enthusiastic team has further strengthened what the department can offer. Sarah joins Strutt & Parker from the Duchy of Cornwall where she worked as an estate surveyor dealing with all landlord and tenant matters and the management of a diverse portfolio of residential, agriculture and commercial interests. Sarah said “I most enjoy the wide variety of work at Strutt & Parker and being part of a strong team”.
Further to this, Victoria Jarrad MRICS FAAV has recently qualified as both a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Victoria has worked in Strutt & Parker’s Exeter Office for more than two years under Charles Huntington-Whiteley FRICS, focusing predominantly on providing professional and valuation advice. Victoria said “I strive to provide advice to my clients that will best suit their individual needs. The only way to describe being a part of the Land Management team is exciting!”
Strutt & Parker’s Land Management Department is delighted to welcome back Caroline Kissock MRICS FAAV to the fold, following a period of Maternity Leave. “I am thrilled to be returning to work and rejoining the team. During my Maternity Leave I continued to keep up to date with professional matters and had a staged return to the office, so it feels as though I have never been away” says Caroline. Caroline will continue to deal with a range of professional matters, in particular landlord & tenant, valuation and planning. In addition Caroline, who has a strong estate management background having worked at Chatsworth in Derbyshire for a number of years, will continue providing estate management advice to clients.
Sarah, Victoria and Caroline form part of the dynamic team within Strutt & Parker’s Land Management Department. Sholto Moger MRICS, Head of the Exeter office said “The Land Management Department is a wonderful team. We differ from our competitors in the valuing our client’s and our employees’ happiness above all else. The business of land ownership has changed dramatically in the last decade or so and it has never been more important to take a fresh look at its management. To do that with such an enthusiastic and talented team is a rare privilege”.
