Exeter BID launches photography competition
The Exeter Business Improvement District (BID) is offering one lucky photographer the chance to win a £100 Jessops voucher and a Jessops photography course worth £119.
The Exeter BID is calling all budding photographers to capture what they love most about Exeter in one glorious image.
The photograph can be of a well-known location within the city such as the architecturally stunning Cathedral, the bustling Exeter high Street or the ever so quirky Fore Street. With Exeter having such a great history no one will be short of inspiration in finding the shot that sums up the fantastic city.
As well as the city’s landmarks, including the Roman wall, Northernhay Gardens and Exeter Castle, stunning snapshots of Exeter can be seen all around. Whether it’s a trip down what is claimed to be the world's narrowest street, Parliament Street or watching the world go by with a spot of tea at Exeter’s library there is always something to inspire.
Craig Bulley, CEO of Exeter BID Company says, “We are launching the photography competition to find an image which people think best captures Exeter. We want to know what people hold close to their hearts in the city, which cityscapes and buildings they admire and what atmosphere they choose to invoke in their pictures”
The competition will run from the 1st February until the 26th February. To enter, simply email your image, followed by your name to info@onevoicemedia.co.uk, with the subject title ‘Capture Exeter’. Images will be shortlisted by the BID board. So what are you waiting for, get snapping!
