Police appeal after man seen cycling in Exeter wearing no trousers or underwear
Police are appealing for witnesses following an indecent exposure in Exeter.
In the early evening of Monday 25th April, police received a report of a man cycling around Market Street, Exeter wearing no trousers or underwear, and only wearing a dark hoodie.
It is believed that this is the same person who was seen cycling in and around the same area on the 18th of April at around 4am; once again he was wearing a dark hoodie with the hood up and no trousers or underwear.
On both occasions the man was seen cycling on Market Street before heading along Smythen Street, Stepcote Hill, Western Way before last being spotted on the footpath along the river towards the Quay.
He is described as a white male, aged late 20’s – early 30’s, collar length scruffy hair and riding a dark coloured bicycle.
