High winds and heavy rainfall have caused localised flooding and disruption on many of Devon’s roads today.

Torbay
Seafront reopened 1335 all services returned to normal route
UPDATE 13.25
Exeter/Somerset
Service 20 due to flooding unable to serve Dunkeswell, Hemyock and Culmstock
UPDATE 13.05
Whilst A376 closed bus tickets will be accepted on Exeter-Exmouth train service.
UPDATE 12.55
Exmouth A376 closed by fire brigade at Exton. Severe delays to Stagecoach Gold 57 service.

Exeter area
Service 56 unable to serve Rockbeare, Marsh Green, West Hill & Gittisham due to flooding, diverting via B3174 London Road & A30
Service 56 not serving Lympstone woodbury & Woodbury Salterton due to flooding
Torbay
Due to high tide and stormy weather the seafront is closed and all services are being diverted via the Ring Road.
North Devon
Service 217 Can not serve Gooseham and Morwenstow due to flooding.
Plymouth
Embankment Road inbound flooded possible delays to 200, X38 and Gold services.
