Burrington Estates announces £30m funding for New Homes business
West Country based property developers, Burrington Estates, are pleased to announce the agreement of a £30million funding package advised by RoundShield Partners LLP to support and expand the development of their New Homes business based in Exeter, Devon.
Burrington Estates New Homes, [led by Colin Palmer, the former head of Taylor Wimpey Exeter,] was established in 2016 to compliment the group’s other property and commercial activities across the South West. Burrington Estates have already commenced delivering high quality homes in Newquay, Clyst St. George (Exeter) and Plymouth.
RoundShield Partners LLP is an advisory firm headquartered in London founded in 2013. It advises discretionary funds which provide flexible capital solutions to European small and mid-cap companies and assets.
The funding will be used to expand and accelerate the development of new homes, targeted at the local market, across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
Burrington Estates New Homes will commence several new schemes in 2017, including Truro and Trispen in Cornwall, Manadon, Plymouth and Topsham, Exeter.
