Carparison launch new, bespoke leasing website
Devon based leasing broker Carparison is delighted to announce the launch of their new vehicle leasing website platform. This website facilitates comprehensive lease deal customisation, promotes instantaneous identification of the cheapest possible contract terms and provides clear commission disclosures.
After more than sixteen months of trading and with well over 1,000 happy customers already behind the wheel of their new lease cars, Carparison are extremely proud to launch a new and improved website. The completely revamped site, www.carparisonleasing.co.uk, has been designed specifically to make it easier for customers to search and compare the thousands of specially chosen lease deals available to them through Carparison, whether they are looking for a car, van or commercial vehicle.
It has been at least ten months in the making and is a triumph owed to many different automotive, statistical, creative and technical minds. The result: a platform that offers the leasing market a seamless, transparent and intelligent solution that takes the leg work out of leasing a new vehicle.

A leasing industry first for full commission disclosure
Leasing, as with any financial market, is a highly regulated industry. Current legislation dictates that leasing brokers must disclose the commission earned from a lease deal to the customer if they ask for it. In a welcome move, a select few providers have more recently taken to automatically displaying commission figures on customer documentation, whether requested or not.
As an industry first, Carparison’s new website will display the commission earned from each and every lease deal online. The commission disclosure will sit alongside other applicable fees and inclusive features relating to the chosen lease. This is in addition to displaying commission earnings on all customer quotes and orders.
Instant and innovative customisation
In a move to completely transform how online visitors can research and ultimately locate their perfect lease, customers can now customise any lease deal online and no longer have to contact the Carparison team for a personalised quotation.
After selecting their vehicle, customers can amend their term, initial rental and annual mileage alongside colour, trim and vehicle extras. The cost of adding vehicle maintenance is also clearly visible and can be included instantaneously. The new Carparison website consequentially allows users to compare lease deals, personalise contract terms, locate a chosen rate and place an order by submitting a finance application online.
This was all in a move to reduce the time and human contact required for those customers for whom a more e-commerce experience is their preference. Cheapest rate first
Taking the potential for independent customisation one step further, all lease deal pages will automatically default to the cheapest available rate. While many existing leasing sites default to the terms that most frequently display the lowest rates – i.e. a 48-month term with 9 payments down and 5,000 annual miles – this isn’t 100% effective.
As well as being displayed throughout the site, when a lease deal detail page is reached the customisation panel will default to display the terms that return the cheapest monthly rental. So, if there are preferential terms that are backed by additional discount, site users will know about it.
Customer account area
An innovative new customer account area allows Carparison customers to easily find details of all past and present vehicle leases facilitated through them. They simply need to request access via a website form and individual login details will then be provided within 48 business hours.
This Carparison user account will soon allow customers with open orders to track the progress of their order and ultimately the delivery of their lease vehicle. A clear visualisation of check points will help customers be prepared for upcoming steps and will allow them to stay informed remotely and in real time.

It is an uncertain and pressured period for many of us as we collectively continue to deal with the coronavirus pandemic. In light of this, Carparison were eager to launch their new website in the hope of providing some welcome signs of hope for a return to normality.
