Charity fundraiser promises to be lively event
Exeter solicitors Cartridges Law will be raising a glass to help raise much-needed funds for the charity Headway Devon.
The charity, which supports people affected by brain injury, is holding a wine-tasting quiz evening, thanks to sponsorship from Cartridges Law.
The event will be held at Headway’s Exeter Quayside headquarters, The X Centre, at 6.30pm on Friday April 28.
Partner at Cartridges Law, Nicky Mein, said: ‘We are very excited to sponsor this event in support of such an important local charity. It promises to be a lively, fun-filled evening for a worthwhile cause.’
There will be a range of wines from Majestic’s impressive selection and blind tastings and challenges, accompanied by a delicious buffet dinner. Come and put your wine knowledge to the test and challenge yourself with a fun quiz.
Chief Executive of Headway Devon, Anne Mattock, said: ‘Last year’s event was so good that we are delighted to be holding this again. I’m really looking forward to sharing an enjoyable evening.’
Tickets cost £15 each or £60 for a table of four. For more information or to book tickets for the event, call Lucy on 01392 211822 or email lucy@headwaydevon.org.uk.
