Donna Hart shortlisted for visionary leadership in national awards

Chartered Legal Executive Donna Hart from The Family Law Company has been shortlisted in the national CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) Awards 2018.

The awards are designed to celebrate the work and achievements of CILEx members and stakeholder partners. Donna is a finalist in the Visionary Leadership Award category, which recognises Legal Executives who encourage innovation, diversity and best practice from those around them.

Donna, who is a Director and Shareholder of The Family Law Company, was nominated for the award because of her ongoing commitment to mentoring, training and wellbeing across the company.

Business Development Director, Rachel Buckley said: “Donna’s dedication to improving employee satisfaction has resulted in high levels of staff retention as well as an increase in enthusiasm from support staff to take the next step in their careers.

Donna will find out if she has been successful at the awards ceremony at the Underglobe, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London on Thursday 6 September.
