Further awards for Ashfords' conveyancing team

Ashfords LLP's multi award-winning conveyancing team has gained further recognition for the quality of its service at the 2012 Equity Release Awards, which took place at the end of last month (note: 27 November) at Merchants Taylors’ Hall in London.

The firm’s Equity Release team, led by Partner Peter Barton, was the overall winner in the National Equity Release Conveyancing category, beating Equilaw and Goldsmith Williams to win the award, which was voted on by participating advisors and providers.

Peter Barton, Partner and Head of the Equity Release practice at Ashfords, said: "We are delighted to be recognised for our national expertise and high level of client service in this specialist area of law. It is a credit to all at Ashfords for their hard work and dedication to client care."

The conveyancing team also scooped the Gold National Large Conveyancer award for the second year in a row at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2012 in association with The Sunday Times and The Times. The judging panel were very impressed with the maintained service standards shown by Ashfords and commented: "It is no wonder that 99.4 per cent of their clients would use them again."

These awards are the latest public acknowledgment of the excellent work done by Ashfords’ conveyancing team, which also won four awards at the 2012 LFS Conveyancing Awards in October, including a Gold award for Best Regional Conveyancer and silver for Best National Conveyancer.
