Hold the front page! Hack for cats needed!

Are you a budding journalist? Do you have a way with words? A dab hand with the desk top publishisher?

The Friends of Exeter Axhayes are looking for a someone to join them in the role of newsletter editor. The Friends of Axhayes are a group of volunteers who help raise funds and support Exeter Axhayes Cats Protection Adoption Centre.

The newsletter is published quarterly and someone is needed who can spare a few hours a month to write, edit and design the newsletter. The role would suit someone who has a creative flair and a basic knowledge of computers, to help promote the work of the centre, publicise events and more.

In the UK, Cats Protection finds new and life-long homes for 52,000 cats and kittens every year – an average of one rehomed every ten minutes. Every cat that comes into their care stays with them until they find it a new home. They never put a healthy cat to sleep.
