Our beautiful, much loved son taken away from us so soon.
In his short time with us he touched the hearts of many and was loved by all.
Theo grew his angel wings far too young at only 17 months of age and now he must fly. Goodnight little man, sleep tight.
Mummy and Daddy love you dearly. Forever in our hearts.

A private funeral will be held in Theo’s memory.
