Chance to support X Factor star on UK Tour

Former X factor winner and gold-selling artist Sam Bailey is calling out to up and coming talent in the Devon region to offer a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform on stage as her support act as part of her national Sing My Heart Out Tour.

For one night only, the lucky winner will take to the stage at Torquay’s Princess Theatre on Saturday 6th May to open Sam’s show. To be in with the chance of securing this incredible platform to get their name out there, hopeful solo artists or groups must submit a video of themselves performing to sambaileycompetition@championsukplc.com and each applicant must include “Torquay” in the email subject box to be considered.

Sam’s own journey from humble prison guard to star of screen, stage and sound is well-documented, and she is never shy to admit that her success wouldn’t have been possible without the boost the X Factor gave her. Not one to forget her roots, Sam has offered upcoming artists on each of her 32 tour dates the break that could see them on their own way to stardom.

Speaking about her new tour, Sam says “The X Factor was an enormous turning point for me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the push I got as a result. There are so many truly talented artists out there who just haven’t found the right platform to get that step up yet, I felt it was only right that I offered some support that could hopefully help them on their path. I also wanted my tour to be a personalized experience for my fans, and what could be more personal than being able to enjoy the music of a home-grown performer in an incredible venue like Princess Theatre?”
