Killerton Estate, Broadclyst
28 March-15 April: Easter egg trails - Follow the Easter egg trail around the garden and claim your chocolate prize, 11am-4pm daily. £2 per child includes a chocolate egg.
29 March: Burrow Farm on the Killerton Estate is celebrating the launch of their farm shop’s new range of products by holding a family fun day. This free event will be open from 10am till 3pm and there will be something for everyone including a children’s Easter egg hunt, nature trail, feed the lambs, cookery demonstrations, plant your own vegetables and more. Plenty of free parking.
31 March-1 April: Clyston Mill Easter Egg Trail - A special Easter egg trail for children on Easter Sunday and Monday afternoon at the 200 year old working water-mill, 2pm-5pm. £2 per child, including a chocolate prize.
Exeter Underground Passages
29 March-14 April: Easter Egg Hunt - Exeter’s Underground Passages will be running special Easter egg hunts every day throughout the Easter school holidays. Hunt for the eggs left by the Easter bunny in these mysterious passages beneath Exeter’s Street to win a special chocolate prize! Lots of fun for everyone. Booking essential. Exeter Cathedral
30 March-14 April: Easter Egg hunt - Easter egg shapes will be hidden throughout the Cathedral. Count as many as you can see and write your answer on the form you collect on the way in, then take your entry to the Cathedral shop to claim your prize. Your name will then be entered into the draw for the chance to win some Easter goodies! Standard admission applies.
2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 & 12 April: Easter Imagination Station - Come along to the Cathedral on any of these dates to take part in some fun Easter activities. Try dressing up as a bishop or a medieval knight or princess, make egg box birds, decorate Easter eggs, create a giant flower and have a go at brass rubbing! The activities are run by the education team and will take place from 10.30am-3.30pm in the Chapter House (entry via the Cathedral). £1 per child. Buy your ticket on the day from the Cathedral entrance desk. Standard admission to the Cathedral applies - £6 adults, £4 seniors, children free.
Crealy, Sidmouth Road, Exeter
23 March-14 April: Easter Extravaganza - Join in the Easter hunt across the park and if you find three bunnies you will be able to enter the special Easter lucky dip where you’ll get the chance to win one of the great prizes on offer. Jump aboard the New Safari Express and see how many different animals you can spot as you enjoy the new family ride. Climb up the Tree House Towers to play Jungle War.
Everyone’s favourite piggies, Peppa and George, are coming to the park on Monday 1 April. They’ll be appearing at intervals throughout the day giving you plenty of opportunities to meet them, plus Tree Fu Tom, the ordinary boy with a magic belt who, when he performs a series of magic action movements he creates Tree Fu Magic that transforms him into a tiny but mighty superhero! 31 March: The Red Army’s Easter egg hunt - The Red Army’s Easter egg hunt begins in the Flybe Suite at the St James' Park stadium at 2pm, and once all the eggs have been found, it’s back to the Flybe Suite to watch Madagascar 3 on the big screen! The Quay Climbing Centre, Exeter
Easter Holiday Climbing Club: Never climbed before? Come and have a go at Exeter's newest family attraction located at Exeter's historic quayside. The club is open to all budding climbers aged 7 to 14 years, whether you are new to the sport or have been climbing a while. It will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the school holidays from 10.30am to 12.30pm. You can sign up to as many sessions as you like, the cost is £15 per session. 01392 426850.
Exeter Racecourse
April 2: Free Easter fun for children – Bring the children along to Exeter Racecourse’s Family Day where there will be lots for the children to enjoy, including a behind the scenes tour of the racecourse, a running race down the home straight on the race course, face painting, a quiz, the chance to go on an equine simulator and pretend you’re a jockey and question and answer sessions with some of the country’s top jockeys. Pennywell Farm’s petting corner will be in attendance and there will be miniature pigs and an array of other small animals to cuddle. There will also be Shetland ponies from the Mare and Foal Sanctuary to meet and bouncy castle and other attractions. Two adult tickets £15, gate open at noon and the firt pony race is at 12.40pm. 29 March-14 April: Easter quiz trail - A garden quiz trail will be running throughout the Easter holidays at A la Ronde with a prize for every entrant. Tickets for the quiz trail are £1.50, normal admission charges apply.
30-31 March: Easter Eggstravaganza - Fun for all the family with Easter craft activities, face painting and Easter garden quiz trail with Easter egg for every entrant. The popular Egg Scramble with the Easter bunny takes place at 2pm (no extra charge). All tickets £3.
1 April: Easter Egg and Spoon Race - Take part in the National Trust's first nationwide Easter Egg and Spoon Race. Races at every hour from 11.15am, last race starts at 3.15pm. Bring your own spoon and plenty of luck! Free event, normal admission charges apply.

The Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth
28 March-14 April: Easter Holday Hunt - Find the 10 wooden Easter eggs hidden around the Donkey Sanctuary with the names of some our 'eggcellent' donkeys on them. £1 to enter.
30 March & 2, 9 April: Donkey Dudes - A 15 minute session to introduce children or adults to donkey care. £5.
3 April: Easter Creation Station – Join in a range of Easter themed crafts and show your creative side. You can also have your face painted. £3.
4 April: Junior Vet Day - Want to be a vet when you leave school? Our Junior Vet Day is for 11-15 year olds. Come and spend a day with our experienced vets and nurses, and our adorable donkeys to see if it's the career for you. £40 per junior vet, booking essential.
5 & 11 April: The Secret Picnic - Pick a special picnic from our Hayloft Restaurant and get the map to help you explore the magnificent grounds. See some amazing views and say hello to some furry friends on your way to finding the secret picnic area, exclusive to picnic participants only! £5.
7 April: Easter Family Fun Day - Action packed entertainment for all the family with a variety of activities on offer for everyone to enjoy. Activities include a dog show, displays, stalls, games, bouncy castle, face painting, refreshments and much more. This event raises funds for the Donkey Assisted Therapy Department.
8 & 10 April: Spring Song Bird Walk - Join resident wildlife expert James on a walk to discover the spring birds found at the sanctuary.
12 April: Bat box making workshop - The Donkey Sanctuary is a great place for some very rare bat species, and we have done a lot of work on our farms to help with bat conservation. Come and see for yourselves. £8.

29 March-1 April: Golden Easter egg hunt - Celebrate Easter at Escot and take part in the Great Golden Easter Egg Hunt which takes place daily throughout the Easter holidays. Just a few golden eggs are hidden each day on the 29, 30n 31 March and 1st April. So go along to Escot and see if you can find one and win a great prize. 29 March-14 April: Chocolate & Candy fortnight - Children can meet Willy Wonka and Mrs Fudge throughout the holidays. The amazing Chocolatier and his assistants will be on form for some candy capers at the castle, there will be lots to see and you can discover the science behind sweets and chocolates too. Ball and Pool at St Luke's Sports Centre

University of Exeter Sport has teamed up with Exeter City Football Club’s community project for a week of week of football coaching and swimming at St Luke’s Sports Centre this Easter. The exciting and active sessions for 5-12-year-olds will include one hour of football training with Exeter City FC’s community coaches and a one hour fun swim in St Luke’s indoor heated swimming pool. Children will be scoring goals in no time as they learn fundamental ball and movement skills, and will have a great time swimming in the on-site, lifeguarded pool. Rugbytots Easter Fun Session

Come and join the Rugbytots coaches for some rugby based fun and games.
